Agritec Automatic Monitoring & Dosing System with Data Logger
Designed and built by Agritec this unit measures constantly the treatment levels within dosing wheels, tanks & screws. The unit is pre-programmed with a set point and the machine then automatically controls the levels. A alarm light indicates low strength. The unit is contructed within a IP67 rated stainless steel box. Data recorder is optional with this unit however offers true record of processing readings. This equipment is used with Drywite Formula No.3, Drywite Pioneer and Drywite Organic

Available for pH flume washers or SO2 preservative treatment tanks. Multi Channel recording including temperature control. Each recorder capable of reading 6 production lines. Data can be downloaded or accessed through the internet.

Designed by Agritec this system is a very accurate way of dosing the Fresh Produce Wash into a processing line. It works on a perastaltic pump which is low maintenance and self priming. Constructed within a stainless steel IP67 rated box it offers extreme accuracey and performance for optimum treatment.
Drywite Organic Wash Dosing System
New for 2010, this dosing system accurately doses the Drywite Organic Wash into all flume washers, screw auger and treatemt tanks/wheels. It ensures optimum treatment to enable that the produce is treated in accordance to the recommendations. The unit is password protected and comes fully calibrated.
